Anna Kulikova, Trainer

Anna is our Ukrainian strength and stretch expert and a 1st place bikini competitor with CPA! Anna is all about building a body that’s strong, mobile, and actually feels good to live in. Her style blends strength, mobility, and stretch with a strong focus on control and intention. She pays attention to the details, pushes when needed, and makes sure you leave every class feeling better than when you walked in.

Carly Oneschuk, Head Trainer

As Head Trainer at FS8 West District and Marda Loop, Carly thrives on connection and loves helping others reach their full potential , whether that’s clients or fellow trainers! Alongside reformer and strength training, she brings experience in mat Pilates, kickboxing, and even a stint in bodybuilding. Lately, her passion is all about reformer and strength training, it’s the first time she’s felt this strong while staying injury-free! Her classes are challenging but supportive, and she can’t wait to see you in class soon!

Carole Ham, Trainer

As a mom of four (yes—two sets of twins!), Carole’s Pilates journey began in 2012 as a way to rebuild strength after pregnancy. What started as a physical practice quickly became something much more, supporting not only her strength, but also her mental health. Helping her feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to herself. Carole has completed a 1200-hour comprehensive advanced Pilates teacher training program and is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience—both physically and mentally—so they can feel their absolute best in their bodies.

Cassandra Appelhof, Trainer

Cassandra brings a unique blend of science and movement to FS8 as a dedicated instructor with a background in scientific research, and a lifelong passion for wellness. She began with mat pilates and quickly fell in love with the strength, balance, and confidence she found through reformer and functional training. Cassandra’s mission is to create an environment where clients feel supported, motivated, and excited to move every time they show up.

Coco Coburn, Trainer

Coco crunches numbers by day and muscles by night. She boxes, runs, lifts, and bends her way through yoga and Pilates, mixing sweat with a little mindfulness. Pilates is her passion—she loves the low-impact, high-intensity workouts that build strength, flexibility, and endurance, all while keeping things fun and challenging. She’s dedicated to helping every client grow and improve, no matter their experience level.

Dallas Fahrer, Trainer

Former corporate girl turned Pilates instructor, Dallas followed her passion for movement and never looked back. After years of supporting clients in a corporate environment, she now empowers people in the studio to build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies through intentional movement. Classically trained, she brings a thoughtful balance of form and flow, along with just the right amount of sass to make every session engaging, effective, and, of course, fun.

Emily Cugnet-Huber, Trainer

Emily is a chiropractor and reformer Pilates instructor passionate about helping people move and feel their best. With a strong clinical foundation and deep understanding of the body, she takes a chiropractic-first approach—focusing on alignment, nervous system health, and long-term wellness, while integrating Pilates to build strength and resilience. She has a special focus on pre- and post-natal care, supporting individuals through pregnancy and recovery with thoughtful, evidence-informed guidance. Known for her ability to build community, Emily creates supportive spaces where clients feel empowered, connected, and confident in their bodies.

Izzy Carter, Trainer

Izzy brings energy, positivity, and a whole lot of heart to every class. As a kindergarten teacher, she’s passionate about creating an encouraging space where everyone feels supported, motivated, and confident to move. Her classes are upbeat and engaging, blending strength, control, and flow in a way that leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished. Izzy believes fitness should be fun and you can expect to sweat, smile, and maybe even laugh along the way.
